Upon completion of certification you will:
- Be qualified to teach our Level 1 6-minute warm-up and Level 1 Weekly Stretch Curriculum.
- This curriculum is designed to be taught in just 20 minutes, as your warm-up, at the beginning of your weekly studio classes.

How this Course Works
This is an online training program that requires some time and effort on your end. It includes access to a private Facebook group where you can connect to me and the other trainers.
If you’re willing to set aside time each day for learning, studying, and implementing our program, you and your students will see results. Plus, you won’t do it alone. My team and I will be there to guide you along the way. Here’s how it works:
Upon enrollment, you will receive access to The Stretch Solution, the online course we follow in the LV1 Certification Program. You will have lifetime access to this course via your mUvmethod account.
Private Facebook Group:
Our private Facebook group is a place to ask questions, get answers, find your daily assignments and connect with other students, myself, and my team! This has proven to be an invaluable resource and will definitely get you through the program in just 14 days. We check the Facebook groups daily.
